At Bangla Buddy, each item is made to order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
